SLAM Exposed was created by The Saint Louis Art Museum in the summer of 2013 as a fundraising event to “expose” a fresh side of the museum that has never been seen before.
This event was part of a series of grand opening events celebrating the debut of the new East building designed by renown architect, Sir David Chipperfield. This event, geared to the younger museum supporters, featured incredible food, premium cocktails and unique entertainment in the Museum’s new East Building and iconic Sculpture Hall.
Guests dressed in creative attire-all adorned with “X” tattoos that were sent along with each invitation! Evntiv worked closely with the museum staff on the event concept, audio/visual production, decor, staffing and branding.
The museum catering team did a fabulous job on the preparation and presentation of the evenings fare. Food stations were cleverly interspersed with seating areas. A massive 24 ft square bar anchored the room and provided libations for all “X” men and women!
