Southwest Rallies are a much-loved tradition for Southwest Airlines.
Dating back to 1985 and originally called “Message to the Field”, Rallies provide an opportunity to hear from Senior Leaders and, for in-person attendees, to spend time with Cohorts in a festive and fun environment.
Attendees look forward to learning about the state of the Company, accomplishments, challenges, and future plans.
Evntiv worked closely with our sister agency, CPG Agency, to create three distinct after party experiences in Dallas, Baltimore and Las Vegas to entertain over 10,000 Southwest employees.
The celebrations featured music, food, drinks, a roller rink, seesaws, activities, lounges, dancing and more.
