Event producer Sam Foxman has been named Creative Director for the ever-expanding Saint Louis Fashion Week. This fall, Foxman will work closely with the Saint Louis Fashion Week production team to create fresh looks with set design and lighting to enhance the audience experience. Foxman will be focused on high-profile shows including Project Runway, Project Design and Industry Night.
“We are so excited to have Sam as Creative Director”, exclaims Elizabeth Tucker, Executive Producer and Co-Founder of Saint Louis Fashion Week. “This season (Saint Louis) Fashion Week is taking a big step forward with some really well-known designers, bigger shows and nationally recognized fashion media. We wanted to step-up our game on the production side as well and having Sam as Creative Director will ensure that is possible”, adds Tucker.
Sam Foxman is no stranger to fashion shows, or Saint Louis Fashion Week. He was part of the small, but mighty group who started Saint Louis Fashion Week over 7 years ago. Since then, Saint Louis Fashion Week has created a well-respected platform from which local fashion designers can launch their careers and national designers can touch their Midwest customers. The STLFW runway has showcased the talents of international designers such as Rebecca Taylor, Black Halo, Rachel Pally, Wrath Arcane, G Star Denim, Yana K. and Diesel and has assisted in boosting the careers of St. Louis natives such as Wai Ming and Skif International.
As President of his own event production agency, Evntiv, Foxman leads a dynamic team of talented designers and producers who create one-of-a-kind live events. With over 18 years of experience, he has produced events around the globe for organizations such as Pepsi-Cola, Enterprise Rent-A-Car Company, H&R Block, Rolling Stone Magazine, Albertson’s Grocery Stores, Build-A-Bear Workshop, Boeing Corporation and The Boy Scouts of America.
