The Evntiv team created a unique camp-inspired fundraising event for the American Diabetes Association appropriately titled, “The Campfire Ball”. Upon arrival at The Peabody Opera House, guests walked through a rustic campground entry facade and were greeted by singing campers from the ADA’s Summer Camp EDI Program. The check in area was adorned with real pop-up tents, pine trees, canoe paddles and more set the scene for what was to come.

In the grand lobby, the cocktail hour featured “grown-up” root beer floats poured from canteens, folk music and even a friendly brown bear! When the doors opened for dinner, guests entered a pitch-black theater where camp kids lit the way with flashlights to the Peabody Opera House stage. Dinner took place under an 80-foot-wide canopy tent complete with over sized fire pits.

Evntiv was responsible for the concept, creative design, graphic design, audio, lighting, decor and event staffing for the Campfire Ball.
